We’ve seen variations of this beverage all over the world, pre 1600s. Used by all the replenish vitamins and minerals in the mid summer heat. Especially enjoyed by farmers, haymakers & sharecroppers.

I remember my first sip. I knew it would be a summer favorite for the rest of my life. I felt my ancestors nod. But of course i had to embellish this recipe. This root beer tasting concentrate is absolutely divine and just brings you back to life when the height of the heat of the day just about takes you down. Its a summer version of our black nettle iron syrup! In that it loads you up with vitamins, minerals and enzymes while supporting maximum absorption.
