Please note that we do not ship daily. Orders ship within two weeks of purchase (typically sooner!). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is scanned at the post office.

As many of you know, USPS has not been great about honoring claims, so we now offer package protection through a third-party service called Guide Package Protection. Guide honors every legitimate claim, every time. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged please go to cedarhillhomesteadtn.com/claim and enter your order information.

We are herbalists, not doctors. Our knowledge comes from generations of first-hand experience, commencing with the bees and the trees, and years of relationship with plants and people. We share in the spirit of education and community for those who seek a more natural way of living. We make our products in an FDA-registered facility, but our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor are they approved by the FDA. When we speak of traditional or folk remedies, it is in reference to history, heritage, and the ways people once worked with the land and plants around them.
