Mary and Victoria have been working together closely since 2020 and have both completed a four-year clinical herbalism training. Victoria brings extensive expertise as a Southern folk community herbalist. Mary specializes in dedicated consultation work, bringing deep listening skills and a personalized protocol to each client relationship. Our herbalists offer a collaborative approach that blends traditional wisdom with clinical expertise, helping you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity to heal and be supported by the plants.

Timeline & Process

Working with an herbalist means receiving dedicated time, research, and care. You will not find a one-size-fits-all approach or spend an hour waiting for a 10-minute appointment here. 

Every client requires hours of research, case review, and personalized recommendations. Many clients have never had a provider take the time to consider their whole picture and explore solutions outside conventional medicine. That level of care requires skill, effort, and time.

We understand that many people come to us after exhausting other options, both emotionally and financially. While we're honored to be part of your healing journey, we ask that you approach this work as a partnership, rather than a last resort. Your consultation process includes:

  • Comprehensive intake review and case analysis
  • Personalized herbal protocol development
  • Detailed explanation of recommended herbs and preparations
  • Ongoing support and protocol adjustments as needed
  • Hours of research and case review beyond our time together

Consultation Fee: $150

Non-Refundable Deposit: $25 (applied toward your consultation fee)

This deposit secures your appointment time and covers administrative costs.

Scheduling Process

Mary will respond with available appointment times and a deposit payment link to secure your time.

Once your deposit is received, you'll get a calendar invite.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48-hours notice for any schedule changes. Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice will forfeit the $25 deposit. This policy helps us respect everyone's time and maintain accessibility for all clients.
