Habituate tincture combined with a Mountain Mama tea in the morning before coffee has helped bring me out of the consistent feeling of being on edge and mom rage with 2 toddlers, Its helped me relax and see the happiness in the chaos... and enjoy it!, It also helped me relax enough to prioritize myself and my rest with a bit of decrease in the mome guilt.
Throw in an adaptogen elixer at night when the kids are really jumping off the walls and moms can get through anything!

This tincture WORKS! I am typically a nervous nelly, but I don't like taking pharmaceuticals. I decided to give this tincture a try after a long period of grief and increased anxiety, and it has changed my life. I still experience anxiety "flare-ups" for which I take the 'comfort' tincture, but this tincture has helped me manage my long-term anxiety overall. I no longer feel like the little day to day stressors are going to catasrophically end my life (like I normally would). I love this tincture! Comparatively it has items that other tinctures have, but the taste of this makes it easy to take every day over a long period of time giving my adrenals the attention they desperately need. The last couple of years have really taken a toll on my health with chronic stress and I feel like I’m starting to come out of the woods a bit with this tincture in conjunction with some deeper work.
