A free community care class

There is so much information thrown at parents today, and unfortunately, much of it is rooted in fear, mom guilt, and the idea that every concern can be solved by buying one more thing.

This class is our attempt to cut through the noise.

Together, we'll talk about practical, affordable, evidence-informed herbal care for both the postpartum period and early babyhood. We'll discuss simple ways herbs can support recovery, rest, digestion, milk production, emotional well-being, and common newborn concerns, while also covering safety considerations and what truly deserves your attention versus what is often clever marketing.

This is not a class designed to convince you that you need an elaborate wellness routine, a cabinet full of supplements, or expensive products to be a good parent.

Instead, we'll focus on the fundamentals: nourishment, rest, realistic expectations, community support, and a handful of herbs that can be genuinely helpful during one of life's biggest transitions.

Whether you're currently pregnant, newly postpartum, supporting someone through this season, or simply hoping to prepare ahead of time, you're warmly invited to join us.

This class is completely free because we believe practical, trustworthy postpartum education should be accessible to everyone.
