Miracles do happen!! I had brain spinal surgery in ‘99 and since then nothing has helped my stomach and trust me I have tried a lot of Pharmaceuticals, nothing worked 100%! I have damage to my 10th cranial nerve which goes all the way down to your upper legs and it effects everything it is in control of.

Woke up in the middle of the night with horrible stomach ache, after binge eating way too much in celebration of the holiday, took some stomach mend and within 3 minutes was back to sleep comfortably with all the pain completely alleviated. Seriously some magic. Idk what I would do without it
