Goldenrod & Cleavers help tremendously with discomfort from urinary infections but also has diuretic properties, which helps flush out excess water and toxins from the body. The diuretic properties of these herbs is also what helps the lymphatic system, a major detox pathway and defense system against harmful viruses and bacteria. A lot for astringent herbs like in this blend have anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce swelling and inflammation providing a lot of relief. This is a very gentle blend that works generally well for all ages!
