This was our first ever blend, made for & by 16 year old Tori to manage endometriosis. This blend evolved from years of working with each of these herbs to help with the woes that come with painful & irregular cycles. What's needed for a good period, is balance and what causes a bad period is the overabundance of one thing, causing a tipping point. The blend of these herbs helps support regularity of flow, a balance of estrogen and the easing of the discomforts that come with those from cramping, to irritability and pain.
Product Details

Our suggested routine to support a good flow, is making a quart of Crimson Moon tea the week before, and week of your period. Keeping a quart in the fridge is great to add to your water for the day throughout the week. We suggest taking Moon Cycle Sync as often as your period affects you. If thats just PMS and flow week, then start taking it daily the week before and during your period. If it affects you everyday, or your cycle is dis-regulated, try taking it everyday for a couple months.

This is an amazing tincture. I have used a similar ones from other herbalists that have worked great, so I knew this would be helpful to me, however, I was shocked with how incredibly effective it was and how quickly it worked. I went from not being able to leave my bed the previous month to feeling almost normal the next. Still some cramps and discomfort, but a huge difference. I have also noticed that this tincture helps quell my PMS/PMDD anxiety, which has been so helpful. It's obvious that this team knows the plants and is in right relationship with them. I am looking forward to trying more of their line up!

Moon Cycle Sync specifically has renewed my quality of life during my cycles incredibly. The women of my family have a multi-generation history of endometriosis.
