A natural take on an old remedy. A blend of evergreen saps, camphorous plant extracts and resins to ease congestion. Can also ease tightness of the chest due to anxiety or asthma attacks.
Amazing applied on the chest, just under the nose or feet. But for severe congestion, check out the lymphatic massage video , where we use chest rub to really bring out alllll that stuck mucus!

How to use
How to use
Rub a small amount on the chest and/or nostrils before bed to ease sleep during a cold. Works best when used to do a sinus massage - an easy technique using your pointer fingers to encourage sinus and lymph movement. I start at the forehead and end at my chest.

To file an insurance claim, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number. They are normally quick about processing the claims. You must have a photo of any damage to the box and a photo that shows the shipping label for proof.
