I love this product! I started using this when I couldn’t find an oral supplement of cramp bark due to a supply shortage and haven’t looked back. I love that it’s applied topically and I can put it on my lower back where I typically cramp. Will be ordering again. ❤️

I originally bought the smaller size to try out & wanted to wait a little bit to leave a review to gather my thoughts. I, unfortunately, suffer with cyclical ovarian cysts and this cramp bark moon butter has helped so much with the pain & aches that come along with that as well as other symptoms with my cycle. It smells so lovely too & goes on so smoothly. I purchased the larger size of the product as well as the Crimson Moon tea & Moon Cycle tincture—all three together are such a huge help! Highly recommend you try the moon butter if you’re moving through all those tough phases of your cycle!

I am not exaggerating when I say this is effective. I typically have horrible periods (I’ve noticed adding in an animal based prenatal has helped a lot), and this past cycle, I experienced a lot of sharp abdominal pain. I ordered this hoping it might help even a little. In the middle of a cramp spat on day 2, I rubbed this all along my lower abdomen, and literally had relief within minutes. This product actually works for me.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for providing life changing, high quality, beautifully packaged products. I have so many to list but right now I want to highlight the Cramp Bark Moon Butter. Long story short, I had been on birth control for menstrual pain for most of my life (I'm 35 now) when it stopped working and pain returned. Been off the pill several years, let my body try to balance out and just dealt with the pain. The past two cycles I have used the butter for the first 3 days and it is seriously life changing. I am normally extremely fatigued with terrible pain from my waist to my knees...but now I just experience minor back discomfort and tiredness. I can function! I don't have to miss work!
