Our reusable cotton pads are breathable, washable, and made to support your cycle without plastics, fragrances, or synthetics. Crafted from layered natural cotton, they are gentle against the skin while offering reliable absorbency for light to heavy days.

Unlike disposable pads that trap heat and moisture, cotton allows the body to breathe. That means less irritation, less odor, and more comfort, especially for those with sensitive skin or who notice increased inflammation during their bleed.

QA:
Q: How many do I need?
A: It depends on your flow and how often you do laundry. A good starting point is 4 pads in mixed sizes. Many customers rotate a set like this comfortably.


Q: Will they move around?
A: They snap around your underwear and tend to stay put thanks to the texture of cotton flannel.


Q: How do I clean stains?
A: Cold water rinse + a bit of stain remover like OxiClean, hydrogen peroxide, or dish soap works wonders.


Q: Are they worth the money?
A: If you use and care for them, yes. A box of pads or tampons today is often $14 which is the cost of 2 pads. They save money over time compared to disposables. But if you won’t be able to care for them, they may not be the right fit for you right now, and that’s totally okay!


Q: Can I use them if I have a heavy flow?
A: Yes! We offer regular and heavy sizes. Most heavy flows find our XL to be perfect. For abnormally heavy flows, pairing with period underwear or using them as backup to a cup works great for many.


Q: How long do they last?
A: With regular use and care, about 1–2 years. Some customers rotate their stash to make them last even longer.


Q: Are reusable pads a lot of work?
A: It depends on your routine. For some, it’s as easy as rinsing and tossing them in with regular laundry. Others prefer soaking in water with a bit of stain remover (like OxiClean) and washing at the end of their cycle. If daily chores already feel overwhelming, this might feel like “one more thing”, but to most, its not any different than wrapping up single use plastics and tossing them in the trash.


Q: What if I’m out in public?
A: Our pads have snaps, making it easy to snap them inside out (dry side out) for storage. Heavier bleeders have recommended keeping a small wet bag to store them in while out and about.


Q: Do I have to wash them every day?
A: Nope! You can either rinse used pads throughout the week and wash them all at once, or soak them in a laundry soap water mix to prevent staining or odor throughout the week before washing.


Q: Will they leak?
A: I've bought cheap single stitch, single layer pads before that do leak but that’s not what these are! Our pads have multiple layers. For most people, they don’t leak, even overnight. But just like with disposables, every body is different. Some extremely heavy flows use them with period underwear or as backup to a cup.
