Smokey Sap Moon Soap

All of our soaps will be made with Tallow. Home rendered Tallow is the original soap. It is both cleansing & moisturizing. It is full of natural emollients & lathers more creamy than a traditional soap. Because tallow resembles our own natural sebum, it penetrates the skin & helps with sensitive, irritated skin!

Partially inspired by our favorite winter tea, Smokey Taboo, we wanted this soap to emulate the feeling of winter beginning to thaw, and the signs of spring beginning to drip like the sweet sap of a sugar maple. The ingredients from our Smokey Taboo tea include dark, fermented and smoked black teas, warming spices and hardwoods. Paired with maple and birch sap, this soap is loaded with beneficial vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, lactic acid, proteins, enzymes and more!  A real treat for dry, sensitive skin.
Additional Product Details

Our tallow bar is 1/3 tallow, 1/3 twice infused herb infused oils. Our soaps are always naturally colored and scented!

Comes in reusable organic muslin bag.

Full size bars measure 2.5" x 3", sample chunks are 1/4 of an end piece, so fairly small but multiple uses.

To Keep You Warm and Well

The fall season is hands-down our favorite one at Cedar Hill. At home the kettle is a permanent fixture on the stove and we're beginning to stock up the medicine cabinet.

Iced tea is replaced by warming elixirs. Candlelight fills the room as the days grow shorter. And we're preparing our bodies for the season with daily immune supporting rituals. Our fall release embrace the changes of the season.

So I committed to ditching shampoo 6 weeks ago Sunday. Inspired by you knowing I'd purchase your products on your next release. And I'm a week in. And only 2 rinses in using your rinse and then following post shower with your mane tamer. I did a hair oil treatment all day yesterday and night and rinsed and mane tamed this morning. My hair is so soft. You wouldn't ever know I wasn't using shampoo.... So fun.
I also am obsessed with your enfleurage. It's such a comforting smell to me. And the Smokey tallow soap too. I haven't been disappointed with anything I purchased.
