Unlike a quick-steeped tea, Roots & Bones is meant to be infused for a couple hours, allowing the plant material to fully release its calcium, silica, magnesium, and trace minerals. Key nutrients for bone density, collagen production, and healthy connective tissue.

Suggested Dose: For a cup of tea, 1 tsp per 8oz steeped a minimum of 5 min.
For a nourishing infusion (highly recommended) 2 tbsp per 32oz steeped a minimum of 2 hours
For hair growth support, take some into the tub with you! You can add it to your maiden rinse, pour some on as a treatment before rinsing the hair, or add to a spray bottle to mist onto your scalp. Steep a big enough batch to keep in the fridge all week that way you can sip on it, and get creative with it!
