Raw, fermented, heirloom cacao is loaded with antioxidants, contains the fiber needed to create fatty acids that support digestion, contains amino acids that support relaxation and is high in our favorite vitamins & minerals (especially iron i& magnesium!!).

Now you take that, infuse it with Adaptogenic herbs and mushrooms and you’ve got one heck of a cup. Reishi & Rhodiola in particular are notorious for satiating the nerves and calming the central nervous system. They help expand our mental tolerance and physical load which gives us a bit more capacity for stress of all kinds. For this reason, I love making a cup of drinking chocolate & adapt elixir during times of overwork and burnout!!

The addition of Lucuma & Mesquite not only give us a delicious flavor but they are full of beneficial fiber, antioxidants, have low glycemic index and support blood sugar levels!
