Regular use of nutritive, nervine herbs can help support a healthy stress response, build resistance to everyday stressors and anxieties and over all increases our bodies ability to relax. This is a very mineral rich tea and in order to pull the minerals, you really need a good long steep. We recommend a minimum of 15min but to make a really good strong infusion, try leaving it to steep overnight!
Please note, this is a pre and post conception tonic. Red Raspberry is not safe for the first trimester, but may be continued in the second trimester.
