The Monthly Harvest is a surprise monthly gift in the mail, made with intention, drawn from what the land provides and given as part of a continuing cycle of community care and abundance. Gifts average $15 in value and are typically sample sized, meant to be enjoyed in the season.

This is where my creative freedom meets seasonal inspiration. These are the things we don't have enough ingredients to make in large quantities.

Think of this as slowly building a useful cabinet of natural offerings that support you through the seasons, meeting you exactly where you are. One month might bring respiratory support, another might offer cooling hydrosols when the garden is abundant. Very occasionally, you'll receive a sample of something we're formulating, and I'd genuinely love to hear what you think!

How It Works

  • Investment: $25/month ($10 shipping included)
  • Commitment: Minimum 3 months (though most folks never leave)
  • Availability: Currently sold out; we reopen when we reach 5 available seats every few months
  • Billing: On the 1st of each month
  • Shipping: Gifts arrive mid to late month

Important timing note: If you sign up between the 2nd and last day of the month, your first gift will arrive the following month. After that first delivery, you'll be billed on the 1st and receive your gift mid-month going forward.

Please note that we only prepare & ship the gift subscriptions once per month. If you sign up on the 1st of the month, we will ship your gift that month. If you sign up between the 2nd and last day of the month, your first gift will arrive the following month. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your gift is the mail.

We do not allow returns or refunds unless an item is defective or we have made a mistake. If there was an issue made on our behalf, please email us with a photo within 14 days of purchase.

Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken orders. Priority insurance through USPS covers $50 of mistakes made on their behalf and additional insurance can be added to any order.

To file an insurance claim, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number. They are normally quick about processing the claims. You must have a photo of any damage to the box and a photo that shows the shipping label for proof.

How does the subscription work?

Choose your favorite Cedar Hill products and select your delivery frequency. We'll automatically ship your order at your chosen interval, and you'll receive a 5% discount on all subscription items. You can modify, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
Can I skip or pause my subscription?

Absolutely! You have complete flexibility with your subscription. Skip individual deliveries, pause your subscription for a period of time, or cancel altogether—all without any fees or penalties. Simply log into your account and manage your subscription settings.
What's included in the monthly gift subscription?

Each month, you'll receive a curated seasonal remedy crafted with wild-foraged ingredients. These are special small-batch products made from ingredients we can't source in large quantities, or experimental favorites we're excited to share. Gifts are typically a half ounce or more and are designed to align with the current season.
How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with no penalties or commitments. If you'd like to pause instead of cancel, that option is also available. We believe in flexibility and want you to feel empowered to make choices that work for your wellness journey.
Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. All subscription orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included. Shipping is free on all subscription orders. If you have special shipping needs or questions about delivery to your area, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
