Enjoy this delicious, savory blend of nutrient rich herbs & mushrooms. This is the perfect way to support the immune system with dense nutrition all winter long. This is truly, insanely delicious! So much in fact that you all have begged for a double size for years and we finally have it!

But how does it support us you might ask? Well if you follow us online, you've likely heard a Tori rant about the importance of using heat, water, and time to pull out the polysaccharides in mushrooms as well as the minerals in herbs and the fiber in herbs. That makes broth THE perfect way to extract the benefits from most mushrooms, roots and herbs. To really receive all those benefits, steep a minimum of 15 minutes, but really let it go for a good 30min - 1hr if you can.

How to Use

Made to drink like tea for its benefits, and just as good as a broth base for soups, grains, risotto, or any other meal.

To sip: steep a minimum of 15 minutes. 30 minutes to an hour is better. Cover it while it steeps.
To cook: use the steeped broth in place of stock, or add the blend directly to a pot of soup and let it simmer.

The longer the steep, the more you get out of it.

2 oz pouch and 4 oz pouch.

I appreciate this so much. My toddler had a covid exposure this weekend and has been sipping on it all week. I rely pretty heavily on it on days I am not able to eat much solid food due to flares of PoTS nausea and MCAS reactions. Thank you thank you thank you

This herbal sipping broth is so underbody warming and soothing to my soul. This was my second time buying and I have to keep myself from consuming all of it too quickly! Very great gut response even with my IBS. Highly recommend to all humans!!

Frequently Asked Questions about Our Herbal Sipping Broth

What does Herbal Sipping Broth taste like?

Savory and deeply umami, with onion and garlic in the background and a little oceanic note from the dulse. Not sweet, not spicy.

Is this a bone broth?

No. There is no meat and no bone in it. It is mushrooms, herbs and sea vegetable: porcini, shiitake, maitake, oyster, lobster and chanterelle mushrooms with nettle, dulse, onion, garlic and oregano.

How long do I steep it?

A minimum of 15 minutes, and 30 minutes to an hour if you can. Heat, water and time are what pull the polysaccharides out of mushrooms and the minerals out of herbs, so a short steep leaves most of it behind.

Can I cook with it instead of drinking it?

Yes. Use the steeped broth in place of stock, or add the blend straight into a pot of soup and let it simmer.

Is lobster mushroom shellfish?

No. Lobster mushroom is a mushroom, named for its color and texture. There is no shellfish in this product.

What is the difference between the 2oz and the 4oz?

The 4 oz is simply double. It is the size folks have been asking us for for years.
