Foragers Tonic is a nod to the plants for always knowing what we need and a way to honor the seasons not just around us, but within us. The first greens to pierce through the cold winter ground, Spring greens are notoriously full of vitamins and minerals to help all the critters of the earth replenish after hibernation.
Winter is all about sustenance, whereas Spring brings more nutrition and vibrancy. Each of these herbs encourage movement within every system of the body and provide insanely impressive amounts of vitamins and minerals. I couldn’t possibly list every benefit for these herbs, so I highly recommend experiencing them yourself and getting to know them a little better through this versatile vinegar.
How to use: We decided to keep this simple with just a base of raw, fermented, apple cider vinegar infused with these beautiful, fresh vibrant greens. Though you may simply take it by the spoonful, we recommend using it to make salad dressings, a marinade, added to your broths or greens, maybe even a bloody mary or martini! We use vinegar for everything in our house and try to load them all up with as much nutrition as possible! So get creative and enjoy.
