This is the place for Tori's creative freedom to make things that are seasonally inspired with wild-foraged ingredients. Often, these gifts are things we don't have enough ingredients to make large batches of. Very occasionally, you'll receive a sample of a product we are working on formulating and we'd love to hear your feedback. Gifts are usually a half ounce, sometimes more.
PLEASE NOTE: If you sign up between the 2nd and last day of the month, your first gift will arrive the following month. After you receive that gift, you will be billed on the 1st of every month and receive your gift around mid-month.

If you purchase your subscription on the 1st day of the month, you will receive your gift that month (yay!). If you purchase between the 2nd and last day of the month, you will receive your first gift next month.
The reason for this is we formulate each month’s gift on the 1st of the month in one batch matched perfectly to the number of active subscriptions, so there’s no way for us to fulfill gift orders after we’ve already made and sent out the batch!

Please note that we only prepare & ship the gift subscriptions once per month. If you sign up on the 1st of the month, we will ship your gift that month. If you sign up between the 2nd and last day of the month, your first gift will arrive the following month. You will receive a shipping confirmation when your gift is the mail.

We do not allow returns or refunds unless an item is defective or we have made a mistake. If there was an issue made on our behalf, please email us with a photo within 14 days of purchase.
Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or broken orders. Priority insurance through USPS covers $50 of mistakes made on their behalf and additional insurance can be added to any order.
To file an insurance claim, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number. They are normally quick about processing the claims. You must have a photo of any damage to the box and a photo that shows the shipping label for proof.
