Minerals are EVERYTHING. They are the foundation to wellness. And that is what Black Nettle Iron syrup is for. This syrup could benefit just about anyone with its nutritious vitamin & mineral count. Most notably iron, potassium, vitamin A & B, calcium, magnesium, B9, & manganese. The base of this syrup is organic black strap molasses and dark wildflower honey (from local bees!). This, in combination with fresh roots gives it a rich, almost malty flavor. Some take it by the spoonful, i enjoy it in a little oatmilk.

Studies have shown that whole food derived minerals are more easily absorbed then derivatives. But the herbs in this blend dont stop there, when you extract Yellowdock & Dandelion root with heat and time, you pull out the soluble & insoluble fibers and in turn, the prebiotic support these roots offer. This makes this an all around great tonic for anyone that could use some support with gut health, GI, the blood, and overall vitamin & mineral absorption.

To Keep You Warm and Well

The fall season is hands-down our favorite one at Cedar Hill. At home the kettle is a permanent fixture on the stove and we're beginning to stock up the medicine cabinet.

Iced tea is replaced by warming elixirs. Candlelight fills the room as the days grow shorter. And we're preparing our bodies for the season with daily immune supporting rituals. Our fall release embrace the changes of the season.

I love the heck out of the black nettle iron syrup! It's the best. I bleed internally quite often alongside my normal monthly, and I enjoy this every day (usually in my coffee), sometimes twice a day when I feel I could use another dose. I've even creeped up out of the anemic realm according to my last blood draw! This is one of the many I can't live without.

I say this every year, but this stuff saved me early postpartum with both of my lil guys 🌿 ✨

Our doctor recommended surgery, which we are not in favor of at all. I just knew there was a way that he could heal naturally and that his body was lacking in something important. I read about the healing properties in magnesium, potassium, and the manganese. They play an essential role in the relaxation and contraction of muscles, and they also improve nervous conduction, which influences muscle contraction and relaxation further. They will help with any swelling and pain in the elbow. When I read the ingredients in your Black Nettle Iron Syrup, it was a light-bulb moment. This is what my husband needs!! I ordered some and immediately started serving it to him. He had the syrup and soaked his arm in hot water daily for a few months. According to him, he is now completely pain free. Black Nettle Iron Syrup has been a God send. Thank you so much for providing this and explaining it's benefits. It will be a staple in our house from now on. Circling back to my question; Will you be offering this in the larger 8 ounce size before next year?

This stuff is a life saver. I take it every single day and I've been dealing with anemia since having babies. Dizzy and so tired and this has been helping tons. Gotta get more!
