Most notably iron, potassium, vitamin A & B, calcium, magnesium, B9, & manganese. The base of this syrup is organic black strap molasses and dark wildflower honey (from local bees!). This, in combination with fresh roots gives it a rich, almost malty flavor. Some take it by the spoonful, i enjoy it in a little oatmilk.
Studies have shown that whole food derived minerals are more easily absorbed then derivatives. But the herbs in this blend dont stop there, when you extract Yellowdock & Dandelion root with heat and time, you pull out the soluble & insoluble fibers and in turn, the prebiotic support these roots offer.This makes this an all around great tonic for anyone that could use some support with gut health, GI, the blood, and overall vitamin & mineral absorption.
