How to Use
How to Use
Use 1 teaspoon per 8oz of hot water
Cover and steep at least 10 minutes
For a stronger brew:
Steep for several hours or overnight for a deeper extraction. We love to add lemon juice and sugar to turn it into a lemonade to keep in the fridge all week!

Val this tea is the one for those “wet” allergy symptoms. i suffer each spring from those and the Dust Bowl tincture has been a lifesaver but add this tea with that? now we’re talking! gets me right in no time with no drowsiness or cloudiness like i get from traditional allergy medicine. definitely try this tea prepared as a lemonade and keep in the fridge to serve over ice- delicious!
