You can access your subscription account by logging into your customer profile. Simply click the account icon in the top right hand corner of the site navigation and log in to your customer account. Then click subscription portal from the customer account menu.

What kinds of subscriptions does Cedar Hill Homestead offer?

We offer two types: a Monthly Gift Subscription (a gift delivered monthly) and a Replenishment Subscription for recurring orders on your favorite Cedar Hill products. Product subscriptions are back coming soon!

Do I need an account to manage my subscription?

Yes. You'll manage your subscription through your Shopify customer account. If you don't have one yet, you can create one using the same email address you used to place your order.

Gift Subscriptions

What is the Monthly Gift Subscription?

The Monthly Gift Subscription is monthly subscription that sends a small seasonal gift created by Tori to your door each month.

Can I add or change products in a Gift Subscription?

No. Gift subscriptions cannot be modified.

Can I cancel a Gift Subscription?

Yes, gift subscriptions, like product replenishment, can be cancelled at any time. Our gift subscriptions are limited and we open up spots once or twice a year. If you cancel, you'll only be able to re-join once new spots open up.

Can I change the shipping address for a Gift Subscription?

If you order has not been processed: update your address in your account. If your order has been processed: contact us at info@cedarhillhomesteadtn.com and we will do our best to update it prior to shipping. However, we cannot guarantee this change.

Product Replenishment Subscriptions (Coming soon!)

What is a Product Subscription?

A Product Subscription lets you set up automatic recurring orders for your favorite Cedar Hill products so you never run out. You choose the products and the frequency, and we handle the rest.

Can I add or change products to my product subscription?

Yes! You can add products, remove products, or swap products from your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.

Can I change how often I receive my subscription?

Yes. You can adjust your billing and delivery frequency from your subscription management page.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. If you need to skip an upcoming order, you can do that from your account portal before the next billing date.

Can I make a payment early?

Yes. If you'd like to process your next order ahead of schedule, you can do that from your subscription management page.

Canceling & Reactivating

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your customer account. Log in, navigate to your subscription, and select Cancel. Your subscription will stop billing immediately.

Will I be charged after I cancel?

No. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges will be made.

What is the retention period?

After you cancel, your subscription stays in your account for three months. During that window you can reactivate it at any time and pick up right where you left off. After three months, the subscription is fully removed from your account.

How do I reactivate my subscription?

Log in to your account, find your canceled subscription, and select Reactivate. You'll choose your next billing date and your subscription will restart.

Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?

Yes. Pausing is a great option if you just need a break. From your subscription management page, click "More Actions", select Pause. When you're ready to resume, just log back in and select Resume.

If you resume before your next scheduled order date, your billing cycle stays the same. If you resume after that date, you'll be billed immediately and your cycle will shift to the new date.

Billing & Payment

How does billing work?

You're billed automatically on your subscription renewal date. You'll receive an email notification before each charge.

Can I update my payment method?

Yes. You can update your payment method at any time from your customer account portal.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment doesn't go through, you'll receive a notification. You can update your payment method and reactivate the subscription from your account. Please reach out to us at info@cedarhillhomesteadtn.com if you need help.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I update my shipping address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address from your subscription management page at any time. Changes take effect on your next order.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship on your next billing date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
