  • 11:45 AM CT, Fri Nov 28: We’ll text/email your password + link.
  • Noon CT: Doors open to everyone.
  • Tip: Have your shortlist ready—batches are small and we expect quick sell-outs.
Can I edit my order?

Due to the high volume of orders during the Holiday Release we do not have the capacity to edit orders. You may place a second order and we will try our best to ship them together, but cannot guarantee this. 
If an item sells out, will there be a restock?

Holiday batches arelimited and not guaranteed to restock. 
When will my order ship?

We pack and ship Holiday Release orders theweek of Dec 7and aim to ship all orders by Dec 12so gifts arrive before Christmas (carrier timelines permitting).
