Make Your Own Scrap Vinegar

In this video I am making scrap Apple Cider Vinegar. I am using apple and pear scraps so this is not a traditional ACV by any means. However, it offers the same results, in my opinion better! This is a really incredible way to utilize fruit scraps and fruit on its way out. Vinegar is an incredibly nutritious tonic as well as very useful preservative. It's simply too beneficial and too easy to NOT make!
