Just add a few drops directly onto the toothbrush or dilute one dropper in 2 oz of water for a mouth swish. We keep a shot glass in the bathroom to mix the perfect amount of water with Swish. Some of our customers use this in their water pik with great success and some add a touch of hydrogen peroxide to their shotglass mix!
