I had a friend and artist, Arcana of Wales draw this visual up for you all. This is a great reference for learning how to intuitively know when and what part of a plant to harvest. This of course will not apply to all plants as some plants have edible or medicinal aerial parts and toxic roots, and visa versa. Nettle is an impeccable example of a plant that can be utilized during every season, from each part. Feel free to ask questions!
