Alright everyone! I am so happy to offer you all our first Self Care Zine of the year. This one is addressing cold & flu season. Don't forget, we are not out of the haze of this until around March 8th. I will be publishing 4, quarterly Self Care Zine's a year, with the addition of a few smaller, informative zines here & there. That said, we've had 2 zine contributions from friends since opening our blog that I'm excited to share soon! I would love to invite anyone else to contribute informative, herbalism related blogs, zines, curriculum, etc that you've created and want to share with the community. Enjoy!
