I absolutely love the work of herbalists. This is one of my absolute favorite herbs as someone with chronic respiratory issues.
Undoubtedly can still make some nauseous & cause vomiting (hence its traditional name puke-weed) but it is a low dose medicinal and you do not need to take enough to cause that (I certainly never have).
