The herbs & fruit oils in this serum contain Carotenoids. They are what gives this serum its marvelous antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the skin from environmental stress, pollutants, uv damage and are one of the only true ways to prevent a “weathering” of the skin from environmental factors. They also stimulate collagen & elastin in the skin which can increase elasticity and firmness. This serum has made a significant difference in my skin!

We do not allow returns or refunds unless an item is defective or we have made a mistake. If there was an issue made on our behalf, please email us with a photo within 14 days of purchase.

To file an insurance claim, go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number. They are normally quick about processing the claims. You must have a photo of any damage to the box and a photo that shows the shipping label for proof.
