While we're focusing on how important gut health is, I thought I'd share our recipe for Kimchi. Kimchi is made through Lacto-Fermentation. The benefits of eating food with live Lactobacillus bacteria are rich, but mostly revolve around a healthier digestive system (which in turn does so much!).
